The Parade

We’re in the streets of Bournemouth celebrating equality and diversity.

Our parade is a celebration of equality and diversity in the Bournemouth community. Each year our parade is getting bigger and bigger with many local and national companies now taking part. Charities, groups and lots of individuals of all genders, sexualities and races are also joining in the celebrations, why not join them this year?

Joining in with our parade is free and only takes a couple of minutes to register. All participants including individuals must register to take part.

Dorset Police, who supported Bourne Free and provided the traffic management element of the parade for many years were unable to continue this service in 2014.  Since 2014 we have employed an accredited traffic management company who now provide this service.  This is an additional cost to the charity so any donations towards this are very welcome from entrants.
