Bourne Free is Bournemouth's LGBT Pride Festival. It is an annual celebration of all diversities that live in Bournemouth and the constant strive towards universal equality for all – through entertainment and awareness.

Jazz Night

• When: Friday 11th July 2008 - 7.30pm

A brand new Jazz Night at the Lower Gardens bandstand has been introduced for 2008.

The evening of music starts at 7.30pm on Friday 11th July and will provide 3 hours of free entertainment for everyone to enjoy.

Pride Parade

• When: Saturday 12th July 2008 - 1pm
• Where: Starting Meyrick Park (map)
• Price: FREE

Live Show

• When: Saturday 12th July 2008 - 2pm
• Where: The Bandstand (map)
• Price: FREE

From 2pm to 5pm on Saturday 12th July the trademark Bourne Free show takes place with a variety of entertainment at The Bandstand in the Lower Gardens.

There will be a great line up of top acts including singers and musicians.

Street Party

• When: Saturday 12th July 2008 - 5pm
• Where: The Triangle (map)
• Price: Entry by wristband, £5 in advance, £10 on the day

This year the massive Street Party in The Triangle is being extended from 5pm through to 11pm on Saturday 12th July.  There will be a large stage with entertainment, a massive beer tent, VIP area and a range of market stalls.
Bourne Free Wristband required for entry to the Street Party and all gay venues over the Bourne Free weekend. These are available in advance for £5 from the website or on the day for £10.
The Street Party is licensed - over 18's only.

Pride Worship

• When: Sunday 13th July 2008 - 11am

Raffle Draw

Caribbean Affair

Finish off the Bourne Free weekend with a brilliant Caribbean themed day at Jimmys, Bent and The Branksome. Food, drink and partying all afternoon and into the night.
  

Original Balearic Chill Out

•  When: Sunday 13th July 2008 - 2pm-7pm
•  Where: The Cumblerand Hotel
•  Price: Free entry, £9.95 for BBQ and Massage

Tranquil moods and chilled beats with DJ SUENU-ES VIVE.
Miami style Poolside 2pm-7pm with Mediterranean BAR-B-Q only £9.95 pp and massage by Charlotte.
